The half-day conference will focus on "Public Private Partnerships in waterfront development" and features leading overseas speakers from the industry.  Mrs Carrie Lam Cheng Yuet-ngor JP, Secretary for Development, Development Bureau, HKSAR government will attend and give an opening address. Local leaders will join a panel session to address the issues raised at the conference.  Mr Nicholas Brooke, Past President, RICS, and Chairman, Harbourfront Commission, HKSAR, will be the Moderator of the panel session.
